Items purchased from RECKSO can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
During this period, you may:

• Try and inspect the product as you would in a physical store

• Remove it from its packaging (unless the packaging is sealed)

🛑 Note: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
