🔧 Warranty Policy

• Coverage: 2-year warranty on structure, mechanism, and foam against manufacturing defects.

• Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, wear and tear, and alterations post-purchase.

• Process:

  • Repair, replacement, or refund at RECKSO discretion.

  • For repairs or replacements, the damaged product will be picked up and the repaired/replacement item delivered.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after successful pickup of the damaged product.

• Note: Warranty is valid only at serviceable pin codes and for residential use.

🔄 Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

• Cancellation:

  • Allowed before shipment for Made-to-Stock (MTS) products.

  • Made-to-Order (MTO) products can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.

• Return:

  • Initiate within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Product must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

• Refund:

  • Processed within 7 business days after verification.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method; no cash refunds.

  • Shipping charges may be refunded if the product is defective or damaged.

📦 Eligibility for Returns

You can return items purchased from RECKSO within 14 days of receiving them.
During this period, you can:

• ✅ Try and examine the item as you would in a physical store

• ✅ Remove it from its packaging (unless it is sealed)

⚠️ The product must be undamaged and in its original condition.
